"Extremely neglectful. My parents were added to my policy without me knowing, therefore increasing my bill. I was told it was due to a glitch in the system and should get a refund. Never got the refund, never got a response from Rusty England’s email, and was told today that there’s nothing anyone can do. Not to mention, I got on my own policy YEARS ago and they never removed my parents at all. So they’ve been on it the whole time. Then today, a supervisor told me her employee gave me wrong info about the ‘glitch in the system.’ I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and got treated like this. My business means so little to them that they wouldn’t even bother with emailing me back. Horrible service"
